Vintage Chater-Lea Brake Or Clutch Lever
This fits 1" handlebars.
The lever is approximately 4 7/8" long from the pivot screw to the tip.
The clamp is stamped "Chater-Lea" and looks to be original to the lever.
As well as producing their own bikes, this company also sold parts to the trade, so this lever may be suitable for many makes of bike.
