The label shown was attached when I bought it but I can't guarantee what's written on it.
It may also suit a Norton conical hub.
No makers name is visible. It has been polished but is now showing speckles of corrosion - see the close up picture. It would probably look better if bead blasted anyway.
There are 40 spoke holes drilled for .300 nipples.
