The chrome is poor but it could be replated or just painted.
The pivot hole has been bushed and is a good fit on the pivot fitting.
The centre of the pivot to the centre of the brake rod pin measures 3 1/2" and from the pivot to the extreme front of the foot pad measures 13 1/2".
