Clarice Cliff Gayday Bowl
This small bowl measures 12.8 cm diameter and displays well with its vibrant colours and extensive pattern.
As you would expect with a hand-painted object which is nearing 90 years old, there are a few small chips in the paint but these are hardly noticeable.
The black band around the lip of the bowl is the most damaged part of the decoration.
There are two short hairline cracks which extend from the lip down to almost the lower edge of the internal yellow band. They are opposite each other and can only really be seen on the inside of the piece.
I have tried to describe the damage as accurately as I can but please look carefully at the pictures before you bid.
I can only send the Gayday bowl to a U.K. address.
