Turns over OK and compression is reasonable. Big end is a bit slack. Prop driver etc. is missing and there is a curious saw cut part way through the crankshaft - (perhaps the prop driver was removed by splitting it with a junior hacksaw).
Rear of exhaust stack has been trimmed - look carefully at the pictures before you bid.
