This kit has not been opened so I assume it to be complete.
It contains vac form parts, transparencies, multi-view scale plans, picture and article references, colouring and marking details. Decals are not included.
The postage cost is for a well packaged parcel by First Class Recorded Service. This is my preferred method to ensure safe delivery.
