Vintage Large Hallam Diesel Engine
This looks to me like a 10cc spark ignition engine that has been converted to diesel.
Prop. driver is missing and rear cover has a clear window sandwiched between the cover and crankcase.
An interesting project to get it running as it is, or convert back to a spark engine.
