Kratmo 10cc Spark Ignition Engine
This looks identical to the one in Mike Clanford's book. He states:- 10cc 1939. Designed and built by Walter Kratzsch at his small factory in Goznitz.
I can't see any damage but one cylinder screw is missing. Turns over OK and compression seems reasonable. It appears to be fitted with 2 piston rings. Big end seems a bit slack. Flange is stamped K10 and 8489.
