AEG HD8760-M Cooker Hood - Unused
This item is an unused ex-display model.
There are dents on the top of the unit and light housing as shown in the close-up photographs, but these are not seen when the hood is mounted on the wall.
This hood has an unusual and striking modern appearance and only needs to be fitted 40cm above the hob due to its slim design. It was a high-end model normally retailing around £700.
It can be used as a recirculating model with filters or as an extractor version when connected to trunking. I don't have filters or trunking but these are available from AEG.
I do have a set of fitting and operating instructions (printed from the AEG website)and a stainless steel wall mounting bracket.
It is 60 cm wide and 80 cm high. It protrudes from the wall 5 cm at the bottom and 34 cm at the top including the lighting unit.
I do not have the original packaging so it must be collected either from the Gatwick Airport or Mid-Sussex areas. I may be able to deliver it to some parts of Surrey or Sussex but contact me first before bidding.
Since the photographs were taken we have noticed something which doesn't show up. It is a thin surface scratch approximately 1.5 inches long located on the front right hand side about a quarter of the way down.
An additional photograph showing the scratch has been added. The camera flash makes it look a lot worse than it actually is, but we thought it was important to show it.
